Service Description

In the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic a lot of companies shored up their business continuity planning, and in tandem to that was a need to do a self-assessment of their business. Conducting an impact analysis allows for a company to get a comprehensive report on their products and services, and is able to inform how flexible the company is likely to be if an unplanned industry or market change occurs. This analysis reports on if the company's existing structures and systems are compromised what would be the risk to the company infrastructure, and what operational dependencies would also be affected.
